Returns and Exchanges
Once the ordering process has been completed, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team by chat box or at mail@linensdelight.com to make any changes. Please note that we can only modify your order before the products are shipped out.
Free Return within 30 days:
- Defective found upon receipt of shipment: If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately. Defective items will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days of receipt.
- Non-defective: Please contact us to initiate the return process. We provide a full refund for non-defective items returned in original condition with all packaging, warranty cards, and accessories. Items that have been washed, have noticeable odors, light stains, or slight damage are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. No refund is available for products that are not ours or items damaged beyond acceptable condition.
After 30 days:
- No returns or exchanges accepted.
- Defective products will be handled through manufacturer warranty coverage. For further information on warranty, please visit here.
Additional Terms:
- Customized items are not returnable.
- We reserve the right to assess and determine product eligibility for refunds. Returned items will be inspected before acceptance as an eligible return.
- Free return only applies to orders placed after September 19, 2025.
Step 1 : Please contact us at mail@linensdelight.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping your return, indicate the product and quantity you are returning, and the reason for the return of each item in your email. Returns without proper RA will not be accepted; we might ask you to take photo(s) on the product in case of defective return.
Step 2 : Subject to the condition of return/exchange, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For product replacement or exchange, we will cover the shipping of the replaced item.
Step 3 : In the case of a product return, once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund. We cannot process your refund until we receive the returned product.
