We offer standard shipping and express shipping for orders.
We ship all orders via reputable carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, etc., we ship to both US and Canada.
Canadian Provinces

➁ Standard Delivery for orders with a net value under CAD$199 : CAD$15
➂ Express Delivery - 3 days* : CAD$50

The delivery time will vary depending on where you are located.
Handling time: All down products are make-to-order, and hence customizable. Our warehouse team will process your order within 1-3 business days before shipping
it to your address.
Transit time: If you are located in Ontario and Quebec, the transit time will be approximately 1-2 business days. For other locations in Canada and the US, standard delivery should take 5 to 8 business days. Express delivery should take up to 3 business days.
As soon as your order is processed, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package. Please note that special arrangement may cause an increase in shipping wait times.
Unfortunately, we can’t schedule a specific delivery date or time, but we will do our best to coordinate a delivery during a window of 3 business days that works best for you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within those days.
It is possible to update your shipping address if the package has not been shipped. Please email us at mail@linensdelight.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.
We require recipient signature for all our packages to ensure successful delivery. If you would like your package to be dropped off without a signature, please leave a message at check-out or contact us at mail@linensdelight.com. Please note that we would not be able to guarantee the package delivery if the signature requirement is removed.
If unsuccessful deliveries occur due to customer errors, such as incorrect address or inability to sign for delivery, additional service charges may apply.
