Understanding what's included and excluded in your warranty
What's Covered
- Seam integrity — unraveling or failure of stitching under normal residential use.
- Baffle-box construction — failure of internal walls or stitching that causes down fill to shift between compartments.
- Material defects — significant down leakage caused by defects in the down-proof properties of the fabric shell.
- Resolution process — once a defect is assessed and confirmed, we will repair or replace the product with an equivalent model at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear — natural down may experience minor loft changes and duvet shell fabric will thin over time. These natural characteristics of premium materials are part of their lifecycle and are not considered defects.
- Improper care — damage from frequent or incorrect home washing, harsh detergents, or incomplete drying.
- Moisture and hygiene damage — spills, perspiration, body oils, or mold resulting from use without a duvet cover.
- Accidental damage — tears, burns, stains, or damage caused by pets.
- Commercial use — use in a hotel, rental property (e.g. Airbnb), or institutional setting voids this warranty.
