What's Covered
- Any physical flaws in the duvet resulting from normal use and proper care
- Assistance with redistributing down between baffles through the provided stuffing gap for long-term maintenance
What's Not Covered
- Comfort, aesthetic, or size preference
- Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage caused by the customer or their environment (including pets)
- Damage to the duvet’s inner material (tearing or clumping) from improper washing, or shrinkage from using a dryer
