Our baffle box down duvets are designed to prevent the down from shifting between the boxes. Using the duvet with the sew-in labels on the side would also help reduce the chance of down from shifting. However, shifting could still occur after prolonged usage. If this happens, we’re happy to repair your duvet under our manufacturer's quality warranty, 15 years for down duvets and 6 years for down pillows.
